I believe exercise should be inclusive for everyone and aim to teach sessions designed for all ability levels from novice through to advanced.

​​

During sessions you work where your body feels comfortable, and i always give lots of options so there is something for everyone regardless of experience or injuries.

​

Challenge yourself but never compare yourself to those around you as everyones journey is different!  

​

In person sessions are available at multiple locations throughout Cumbria and Southwest Scotland. You can choose whether to attend a class at one of the venues below, or arrange for a private 1-1 session with me.

Alternatively if you have a few friends who would like to attend you can arrange for a small private group session of up to 6 participants. For more details about small group or 1-1 sessions please contact me.

There are over 170 sessions (all over 40 mins duration) available as often as you wish and at any time! There are Pilates and also Yoga classes, as well as some total tone/pilates with equiptment and back care sessions available.

The sessions are broken up into weeks 1-4, meaing you can start with the easier levels and when you become proficient you can progress to the more advanced moves demonstrated in the week four sequences.
You can also access over 64 short sequences of 10-20 minutes duration that can be compiled into your own bespoke workout!
