Service Description
Pilates is a form of low impact exercise which aims to strengthen the bodys musculature whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility. This form of exercise whilst gentle is also very effective and a key component in strengthening the spine and toning the abdominal area! During the session the instructor will ensure you are in the optimum position and working at a suitable level to achieve your goals. This session is tailored to you as an individual and will take into account any injuries or health issues you may have. This sessions can be delivered as a 1-1 session in the comfort of your own home or as a small group session with up to 6 participants. (Ideal if you have a couple of friends who wish to take part!)
