Service Description
Pilates is a form of low impact exercise which aims to strengthen the bodys musculature whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility. This form of exercise whilst gentle is also very effective and a key component in strengthening the spine and toning the abdominal area! The session is suitable for all participants from novice to advanced with lots of options given throughtout the class-so that you can work at a level suitable for you.
